WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

All order processing at Clifton Bathrooms and Kitchens requires a minimum of 5 - 7 business days. If you require expedited processing, please contact our store at 07 5526 8647 or via email at info@cliftonbathrooms.com.au to check the feasibility. This processing time applies to pick-up, local deliveries, and interstate deliveries.

Deliveries:
• Freight costs are applicable to all items and can be calculated during checkout on our website.
• For alternative freight options, contact us at info@cliftonbathrooms.com.au  or call us at 07 5526 8647 for an estimate.

Deliveries for Brisbane Metro Area:
• To facilitate the delivery of bulky items, it is necessary to coordinate with our office in advance.
• Typically, we require a lead time of 5 – 7 Days before the scheduled delivery date.
• Deliveries are scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm, with the driver providing a 30-minute advance call before arrival.
• In the event that our standard courier does not cover your area, we retain the right to implement an alternative arrangement.
• If there is no one available at the delivery site, a re-delivery fee will be applicable.
• All deliveries are exclusively conducted on the ground floor; no exceptions are made for delivery inside the house or upstairs, prioritising safety precautions.
• It is customers responsibility to inspect the product for any damages upon receipt, as we are not liable for claims made after the item has been picked up or delivered.

• For items that may necessitate more than one person for handling, it remains the customer's responsibility to arrange for an additional person at the specified delivery address.

Deliveries for Rural & Interstate:
• For large and heavy items, we dispatch them securely on a pallet to either a specified home address or a local depot. Customers are responsible for ensuring assistance is available to unload the pallet at residential addresses. Please note that items will not be removed from the pallet, and deliveries are restricted to the ground floor only.
• Upon dispatch, tracking information will be emailed to you. Should there be any amendments needed for delivery notes or order tracking after dispatch, we recommend reaching out directly to the contact details provided in your email.
• As part of our standard service, we typically ship stock items within 5 - 7 business days following cleared payment. However, it's advisable to allow up to 7 days for shipment, considering occasional delays beyond our control. Please be aware that bulky orders may require up to 2-3 weeks for dispatch.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to product unavailability, we will make every effort like:

    2. Modify your order by replacing the unavailable goods with a mutually agreed-upon comparable product. If an alternate product cannot be agreed upon, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods.
