Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods
  1. While the goods are in your possession, they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
  2. A return will not be processed until photos are provided to Clifton Bathrooms and Kitchens so we can see the condition of the goods before the courier collects them. This ensures any damage that occurs in transit is our responsibility, not yours.
  3. We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.
  4. All refunds and returns need to be inspected by our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made.
  5. Please contact us as soon as possible with any questions on returns & exchanges.
  6. When your goods arrive, please inspect them within 24 hours for damages.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cliftonbathrooms.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Goods that cannot be returned
  1. Vanity units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Stone Baths from all Manufactures, Acrylic Baths, depending on packaging and brand also cannot be returned. Please contact us about Baths for more Information.
  3. Customised, Non Stocked or Speciality Manufactured Products, you will be notified before you purchase these products.
  4. Goods with damaged or missing packaging, unfortunately we cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging as they cannot be safely returned and are not fit for re-sale.
  5. Goods and packaging must be in the original condition. We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged which includes the delivery skid or pallet.
General Return Conditions
  1. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 7, Benowa Place, 83 Ashmore Road, Bundall, Qld-4217
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
  4. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
