IMPORTANT INFORMATION (AU)

• Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 Plumbing and Drainage and all local authority requirements.
• Ensure the wall structure is suitable to support the basin and frame weight.
• This product is designed for indoor use only.
• Inspect the product prior to installation. Do not install if damaged.
• Basin, waste, and tapware are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

REQUIRED TOOLS & MATERIALS (NOT SUPPLIED)

• Appropriate wall fixings (suitable for masonry, timber studs, or steel studs)
• Spirit level
• Drill and drill bits
• Measuring tape
• Silicone sealant (neutral cure)
• Waste fitting and plumbing connections

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wall Preparation

• Confirm wall construction and install additional noggins or reinforcement if required.
• Ensure plumbing rough-in is completed and correctly positioned.

2. Marking Out

• Mark the desired installation height and basin position.
• Use a spirit level to ensure all markings are level and square.

3. Installing Concealed Brackets

• Secure concealed brackets to the wall using appropriate fixings.
• Ensure brackets are firmly anchored and perfectly level.
• Fixings must be suitable for the wall type and load rating.

4. Mounting the Basin

• Carefully locate the basin onto the installed brackets.
• Ensure the basin is fully seated and stable.
• Check level and alignment before final positioning.

5. Plumbing Connection

• Install a 32 mm waste fitting as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Connect waste pipework ensuring all joints are watertight.
• Apply neutral cure silicone where required.

6. Final Checks

• Test basin stability.
• Run water to check for leaks.
• Clean the basin surface with a soft cloth.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

• Clean using mild detergent and warm water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
• Wipe stainless steel frame with a soft, dry cloth.
